Controller: Centre d'Iniciatives i Turisme de Ripoll (CIT Ripoll).

Purpose: to ensure each person casts a single vote and, if requested, to email you the results.

Data: depending on the vote, name and DNI/NIE (stored encrypted), device identifier, IP address, browser, validation time and voting time. Email is optional.

Ballot secrecy: identification data is stored in a register separate from the ballot box. The system cannot tell how any person voted.

Retention: data is kept until the vote is resolved plus a reasonable period for review, and then deleted.

Rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by contacting CIT Ripoll.
